Who Are We?
Target Maths Academy Ltd was formed in 2016, initially trading as East Cork STEM Academy (Now our sister company), providing grinds to Leaving Cert, 5th Year,Junior Cert and Primary students in the Youghal and Midleton areas of Co.Cork. We offer grinds at both Higher and Ordinary Level across a wide range of subjects including Maths, Physics, Biology, Irish, German and PE. Having successfully run for six years in Youghal, and with a number of students travelling from Midleton and Dungarvan to us each year, we have decided to offer 6th class Primary School and 1st/2nd year Secondary School courses this year too. Each year our Youghal classes are fully booked across all years and levels.
In March 2020 we switched to online classes to facilitate our existing students during the lockdown phase of the pandemic. These classes proved to be very successful and will remain a back up plan should we need it again in the future, ensuring our students do not fall behind.

What We Offer?
All our grinds classes are fully exam orientated with a strong emphasis on past exam questions and fostering an understanding of each topic before proceeding to the next. We offer a very personal service to our students and ensure that each individual student’s needs are met, this is NOT a one size fits all Academy. Each student has their own strengths and weaknesses when it comes to each subject and it is our aim to ensure that we enhance the former and reduce the latter.

Live Online Lectures
Following the outbreak of the Pandemic in March 2020, we switched to Live Online Lectures for our existing students. These proved so popular that we ran a number of Summer Revision Courses, all of which were booked out. So we now keep this system in reserve should it be needed again in the future.
Face 2 Face Lectures
At Target Maths Academy we have consistently delivered for our students over the last six years. We offer 2 hour weekly face-to-face classes at our 2 physical locations in Youghal and Midleton.
Revision Courses
Target Maths Academy Revision Courses are designed to give students the cutting edge they need as they lead into both the PRE and Final exams. The courses aim to iron out the most common errors made in exam questions and guide the students through the often confusing language posed in the exam questions. All courses are heavily orientated towards past exam papers. Ensuring that students grasp what is actually ahead of them in their exams.
